Jarmonay (ja-mon-aye) has been in the culinary world for over a decade and is now transitioning into becoming a farmer because she loves the science behind it and enjoys giving back to the community. At enJOUi, she occasionally hold events and offers experiences centered around food and thought-provoking conversations. Jarmonay is passionate about preserving African food and history and has two sons who are part of my creations that I honor.
