Thelonius Cook is based in Birdsnest, Virginia and has been farming for eight years. At Mighty Thundercloud Edible Forest, he uses indigenous ecological farming practices to grow a variety of crops including hibiscus, ginger, turmeric, okra, eggplants, potatoes, and fruit trees.
